The first bullshit tracking update was the electronic information was received meaning they printed a shipping label but of course did not have the actual f%@king package at any if their distribution centers! It left HK 4 days ago but never land in Cincinnati Hub. 38 days since I order they took my money but I got nothingPackage (supposedly) sent to USA from Germany via DHL in April. Estimated delivery time came and went with no updates in tracking.

Their customer service department is a joke - cant help you, wont let you speak with the dispatcher, and cant give you any idea of when the truck will arrive. So i paid it at 10am and the truck doesnt live till noon 12. The first two came from China. DHL = TWO MONTHS London to Manila, still not delivered, and now the f%@kers have got my parcel SEIZED by customs. They must have some lazy asses working there that says "oh it'll just be a day late. The parcel is already late. And they said I still missing information??!! This is not my first time with complaints about DHL. It's been over a month since they sent it and the shipping status has not changed for 4 weeks. I ordered a package from India to the US and disgustingly DHL was the chosen courier.

My package is shipping from NJ, and is currently on its way to Maryland. So package arrived at my destination hub 2 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but its on fricking hold.

f%@k DHL they are garbage!! call every number I can find and no human answer it. Ordered phone cases that were being shipped from the US to Canada, said they attempted delivery at 5:58(PST) which is 2 mins before their customer service closes. ‍♀️Firstly, there is a 100kg limit coming out of China to USA this is bad enough i have an order that was supposed to be delivered thursday may 21. i called dhl to schedule a pick up for today may 19 at a service point location in elizabeth new jersey, i even have an email confirmation. I’m very annoyed. If I had scheduled this shipment I would have used UPS or Fed-Ex because they aren't as incompetent. Got a message yesterday (June 25th, 2020) that they had "attempted to deliver" my package.

Eventually after a week I saw their tracking finally updated, and they had shipped it to Tennessee because apparently, that's where their next closest sorting location was. Did the building get caught on some icy roads? I am a business with the lights on and the open sign on.
