Pediatric Residency Program Our residency program is based at The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Saint Peter's University Hospital is sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Metuchen. Saint Peter's is a state-designated children's hospital and a regional perinatal center, and is a major clinical affiliate of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and an affiliate of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s operates one of the largest, most advanced neonatal intensive care units in the country. Simultaneously front and back images of the child’s spine is taken by the EOS system. Babies born premature or with troubling medical conditions are cared for around-the-clock by a staff of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, neonatal nurses, neonatal nurse practitioners, neonatal respiratory therapists and pharmacists.
